NewsGator Adds SharePoint Support
Denver, Colorado-based NewsGator Technologies, a developer of software for monitoring RSS feeds, blogs, and news, said this week that it has added support for Microsoft's SharePoint Server 2007 product. NewsGator said that its NewsGator Social Sites product is an add-on to its NewsGator Enterprise Server product, and allows users of Microsoft's SharePoint product to collaborate with social networking features, tagging, and RSS feeds. NewsGator said the new NewsGator Social Sites product is currently in beta and will be generally available in Mid-July.
