Aegis Analytical Releases Software Upgrade
Lafayette, Colorado-based Aegis Analytical, a developer of software for the life sciences industry, said this week that it has released an upgrade for the firm's manufacturing process management suite. Aegis said that the software, Discoverant 3.1, adds connectivity to all Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) client applications, compatibility with Unix- and Linux-based Oracle installations, along with other upgrades. ODBC is a database API standard used to connect applications with database software. Aegis Analytical's software is
used for managing the manufacturing process for life science firms.
