iLinc Software Integrated into CRM Platform
Web and audio conferencing software developer iLinc Communications Inc. revealed Wednesday that it has created two applications that have been integrated with salesforce.com's AppExchange platform, an online, software-as-a-service that companies can use to manage their customer relationships. iLinc said the first application, a marketing module, allows for the creation of marketing campaigns that can be linked to specific Web events. iLinc added that the second application, a sales module, enables representatives to input leads or contacts into online sales presentations and Web meetings. iLinc is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
