RightNow Technologies, a developer of customer relationship management software, has unveiled its Federal Government industry solution, the company reported earlier this week. The new offering combines RightNow's standard customer relationship management software with federal best practices gleaned from working with more than 125 government agencies, including the Department of Education, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Security Agency. The application also features government-specific terminology, pre-configured workflow processes, government profiles and a Freedom of Information Act interface. Headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, RightNow boasts some 1,800 client organizations.
