Robot-design firm iRobot Corp. has chosen RightNow Technologies from a list of several firms competing for the right to manage iRobot's customer communications, RightNow announced Monday. According to the company, RightNow won the contract because of its robust self-service software, its ability to provide comprehensive statistic analyses and its support of multiple languages. iRobot designs robots used for vacuuming and cleaning, along with other tasks. Based in Bozeman, Montana, RightNow provides customer-service solutions as software-as-a-service, and has approximately 1,800 corporate and government clients across the globe.
