RightNow Scores With Yellow Pages Provider
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies announced today that it has signed YP Corp., a publisher of Internet Yellow Pages, as a customer. YP wil use the firm's on-demand customer service, sales, and marketing products. Size of the deal were not disclosed. RightNow is a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) tools provided over the Internet.
