Scottsdale, Arizona-based Vcommerce, a provider of software tools for the online retail business, said yesterday that it has signed on Trans World Entertainment Corporation as a customer. Size of the deal was not disclosed. Trans World Entertainment will use Vcommerce's Enterprise tool for its online retail business, f.y.e. entertainment. Trans World owns Wherehouse, Sam Goody, and other music stores, which it is consolidating under the f.y.e. brand.
