Salt Lake City, Utah-based Allegiance announced this week that it has upgraded the firm's Active Listening Systems product. The web-based feedback management tools have been upgraded with new user interfaces, international language support, user-based roles and account assignments, and other features. Allegiance also said it now supports the input of feedback from letters, email, phone conversations through a new desktop input interface. Allegiance operates a hosted, feedback management solution targeted at companies looking to receive feedback from customers, employees, and others.
