Webroot Ships Vista Versions Of Software
Boulder, Colorado-based Webroot Software announced yesterday that it has released Microsoft Vista-compatible versions of the firm's security software. The release of the software coincides with the launch of Microsoft's Windows Vista operating system yesterday. Webroot said it will offer free upgrades to its Webroot Spy Sweeper and Spy Sweeper with Antivirus and Child Safe products. Webroot is venture backed by Technology Crossover Ventures, Accel Partners, and Mayfield.
