Denver, Colorado-based Intermap Technologies, a provider of geospatial data for the GIS industry, said Thursday that it has completed mapping of the entire country of Germany. The firm said that the data will be used for the German automotive and insurance market. Intermap's German 3D maps provide height data to accuracies of 1 meter or better. The firm said the data will also be used to perform accurate risk assessments for flood and other potential environmental hazards.
