Microchip Names EVP
Chandler, Arizona-based Microchip technology has promoted Ganesh Moorthy to Executive Vice President, the firm said this week. Moorthy has served as VP of the Advanced Microcontrollers & Automotive Divison of Microchip since 2001, and Vice President of the Advanced Microcontroller & Memory Division since 2003. Moorthy has also served at Intel. Microchip is manufacturer of microcontrollers and analog semiconductors.
