Englewood, Colorado-based Evolving Systems, a provider of software for the telecommunications market, has signed a new reseller. The firm said that it has signed IPS GmbH, a systems integrator and IT reseller, to resell its products in Central Asia and Eastern Europe. IPS will provide delivery and after-sales support for wireless carriers and new content providers. Evolving provides software for telecommunications providers, including number management software for managing telephone number inventory, activiation, and number portability.
