Intrado Extends Longmont Lease
Longmont, Colorado-based Intrado is looking to stay in the Longmont area for a good deal longer, announcing today that it has signed a 10-Year extension to its existing facilities in the area. Intrado reported that it worked with Hub Properties Trust in the extension. Intrado is a provider of data and telecommunications services for the 9-1-1 market, and had announced in January that it is being acquired by West Corporation.
