Cadre Technologies Buys Logistics Software Provider
Denver, Colorado-based Cadre Technologies has acquired The LDS Corporation, a provider of third party logistics software. Terms were not disclosed. Cadre said that it will sell and support products from each organization, and will provide a migration path for existing and new customers as it combines it software product and service lines. Both companies develop integrated supply chain software for warehouse operations. The systems support warehouse management, order entry, transportation management and activity billing.
