MCDATA Scores New Mexico Win
Broomfield, Colorado-based McDATA has scored a win at the University of New Mexico Hospitals. The provider of storage area networking switching equiment said that the hospital newtork selected McData's equipment for providing access to customer records, prescription information, and medical images. UNM Hospitals will use its Intrepid and Sphereon fabric switches, used for connecting storage and servers. McData is a developer of switching equipment for the storage industry.
