Colorado Springs-based XAware earlier this month appointed a new CEO, Tim Harvey. Harvey most recently served as SVP of Sales and Marketing at S1 Corporation, and has also served at SynQuest and Datalogix. The firm is developing enterprise software for the service oriented architecture (SOA) market. XAware's software provides XML bridging technology for connecting business processes. Techrockies has also confirmed with the company that the company received a round of venture funding early last year, which was not disclosed to the public or in industry venture capital surveys. Investors in the firm include Gefinor Ventures, ITU Ventures, and Sequel Venture Partners, all of whom hold board seats at the company.
