Conga Acquires Orchestrate

Broomfield, Colorado-based documentation automation developer Conga has acquired digital process workflow automation software developer Orchestrate LLC, the companies said this morning--the second acquisition by Conga this month. According to Conga, the acquisition will help add process workflow automation to its software suite. Orchestrate had been based in West Des Moines, Iowa, and has more than 1,100 customers. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Conga has been in an acquisitive mood this month, having also announced the acquisition of web document creation software developer Octiv on March 7th.
