NextPage Introduces New Doc Tracking Product
Draper, Utah-based NextPage has rolled out a limited release of its new, document management product. NextPage announced this morning that NextPage 2 Document Retention helps companies track documents across e-mail, hard drives, removable media, and servers. The service/software provides an audit trail to users, and archives documents as they are edited. The company's software also provides a purge capability that lets users purge out old and working copies of documents in the system. The new product supports Microsoft Office documents and Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook email clients.
